Products and pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We do our best to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing.

 

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case we'll issue a full refund.

 

Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as shipping and customs are partly outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

 

Returns and refunds

Please see our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pimp My Pet is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. This does not affect your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
