Thank you for shopping with Pimp My Pet. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Where we ship
We currently ship across all of New Zealand. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum spend.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking link once your order ships.
Delivery times
Our products are sourced from trusted overseas suppliers, so please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive after it ships. Delivery times can occasionally be longer during busy periods or due to customs processing, which is outside our control.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, please contact us at support@pimpmypet.co.nz.
Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive separately and at different times. Don't worry — the rest of your order is on its way.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping may apply).
